Here is this week's housekeeping performance data for my hotel team. Analyze it and give me:
1. Who had the highest and lowest productivity (rooms per hour)
2. Who had the most re-cleans
3. Any patterns worth noting
4. A brief written summary I can share with my GM
Data:
[Staff Name 1]: Mon 16 rooms, Tue 14, Wed OFF, Thu 15, Fri 18, re-cleans: 1 (sheets not changed)

Every Friday or Saturday, before you leave:
Your GM gets a professional weekly update. You build a performance record. Coaching conversations become easier because you have data.
Troubleshooting: If you don't track room-level data currently, start with a simple tally: a paper sheet where each attendant initials next to each room they clean. Even a week of data is useful.
Quick weekly summary: "Write a 3-paragraph weekly housekeeping summary for my GM. This week: [X rooms serviced, Y% re-clean rate, any notable incidents or guest feedback]. Keep it under 200 words."
Individual performance note: "Write a brief performance note for a room attendant's file. The attendant cleaned an average of [X] rooms per shift this week with [Y] re-cleans. [Positive note or development area.] Professional format."
Month-end summary: "Summarize this month's housekeeping performance data and write a report: total rooms [X], avg daily rooms per attendant [Y], re-clean rate [Z%], guest complaints [A], staff absences [B]. Include what improved and what needs attention next month."
Coaching documentation: "Write a brief coaching session record. I met with [staff name] on [date] about [performance issue]. We agreed on [specific improvement goal]. They will [specific action]. Next check-in: [date]. Professional format for HR file."
